Backup your data

Alexandria is file-first, so backups are straightforward.

Back up the whole workspace, including notes/, media/, trash/, preferences.json, and secrets.akb (the encrypted vault, which holds your stored secrets).

Basic tips:

• Use your favorite backup tool: Time Machine, rsync, Syncthing, or cloud drive.

• Test a restore once, before you need it.
